Return & Exchange Policy

Delivery terms :

• Delivery may take up-to 17 days within India and 25 days internationally. From our end we will try to dispatch it as soon as possible.
• We provide complimentary shipping all across India. For speed delivery, please email us at stolastylestudio@gmail.com
• Cash on delivery is not available.

Return and Exchange Policy :

(Please email us at stolastylestudio@gmail.com to process your return. Returns will not be processed unless authorized by us.)

• If the client has received a damaged or defective product, you can get a refund or get it replaced with a new same product within 15 days. Please share a video of the parcel and garment defects while opening.
• Due to unforeseen circumstances, if the order is not fulfilled/not delivered, you will be offered an alternate option of store credit or full refund on approval of your request. Intimation of return/exchange should be sent to stolastylestudio@gmail.com within 15 days of receiving the package.
• The tags on the product and packaging of the product should be intact.
• The product should be unwashed, unused and in an undamaged condition.
• Sale products are not eligible for return and exchange.
• Return and exchange is accepted within India only.
• For return/exchange, the product received needs to be shipped back to us.
